Han Dan Teweijia Synthetic Material Co., Ltd. (hereafter TWJ) is founded in 2006. The company is located in the Handan Shangcheng Industrial Zone, Hebei Province, China. With 10 years of cognition and collected experiences in industrial epoxy coating, TWJ has grown up into a leading formulator supplying high performance and specialty products that are widely applied in t he inner and external coatings of the ductile iron pipes. Currently TWJ has an annual designed production capability of 5000 MT of related epoxy products. TWJ has been committing responsible care to the coating industry and focusing on waterborne an non-solvent industrial epoxy coating techniques. By co-developing with applicators, TWJ is capable of tailor-making products to meet unique ductile iron pipes coating requirements. The following products are recognize by customers and are applied with success,
(1) Waterborne epoxy seal coating solution for cement mortar lining, to protect w ater quality and to reduce the resistance to water transfer.
(2) Non-solvent epoxy protective coating solution for desalted sea water transfer.
(3) Ceramic epoxy coating solution applied in inner heavy-duty protective coating for water pipes, with remarkable impact-resistance, abrasion-resistance, chemical-resistance, and high-temperature adhesion. This product is co-developed with Asia Pacific R&D cener, Air Product and Chemicals Inc.
(4) High solid epoxy protective coating for pipe sockets and spigots. This coating solution shows remarkable impact-resistance an dabrasion resistance.
(5) High solid epoxy-modified acrylic resins for pipe external coating with good weather-ability and corrosion-resistance.
TWJ collaborates with Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. (Xinxing) and successfully introduces the waterborne seal epoxy coating solution to the inner cement mortar lining. This product has received Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) Meteral Appproval as well as China's potable product-related hygiene approval. During the product development process, the water-pressure circular test method has been recognized by the ISO standard. In addition to the domestic Chinese market, these coated pipes have been exported to Hongkong, Russia, and South Africa, etc.
TWJ is working closely with international raw material suppliers like Air Products and Chemicals Inc., the Dow Chemical Company, BYK to ensure consistent product quality and the high performances if the raw meterials are passed down to the innovative coating products. By continuous intensive development, TWJ optimizes the formulation recipe and provides reliable product application conditions. We also succssfully develop a spray equipment with high degree of automotion suitable for ductile iron pipes inner coating.
